Agreeing to these terms

These Terms of Use apply to the Nibble app for iPhone and Apple Watch and to this website. “Nibble”, “we”, and “us” refer to the developer of the Nibble app. By downloading or using Nibble, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Nibble.

The Nibble app is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”). These terms add details that are specific to Nibble. If they conflict with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA applies.

These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Nibble or its content and has no obligation to provide support for it.

Not medical advice

Nibble is a tracking tool and does not provide medical advice. Totals, charts, reminders, weather-based clothing tips, and references such as WHO motor milestones and postnatal contact ages are general information. They are not a diagnosis, a treatment plan, or a substitute for care from a qualified clinician.

Always talk to your child's clinician about feeding, sleep, growth, or medication questions. If your little one seems unwell or you think they need urgent help, contact your clinician or local emergency services right away. Do not wait for a reminder or a pattern in the app.

Reminders and medication alarms depend on your device and its settings, so they may not always alert. Use them as a helpful prompt, not as your only way to keep track of doses. Check every medicine, dose, and schedule with your clinician or pharmacist.

Using Nibble

Use Nibble lawfully and as the Standard EULA allows. Do not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or interfere with the app, its services, or this website, except where the law allows it.

You are responsible for what you record in Nibble, including its accuracy, and for keeping your devices secure.

Nibble, including its name, mascot, design, text, and graphics, and this website belong to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. Using Nibble does not give you any right to use our names or branding.

Nibble+ purchases

Nibble is free to download and log the essentials. Nibble+ is an optional upgrade, available as an auto-renewing subscription or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by country or region.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings at any time.
• Free trials are offered to eligible new subscribers. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• A lifetime purchase is a single payment with no renewals.
• Nibble+ family plans can be shared with up to six family members through Apple's Family Sharing.
• Apple handles all payments and refunds. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
• If you reinstall Nibble or move to a new iPhone, tap Restore Purchases in the app while signed in with the same Apple Account.

Your data and backups

Your records are stored on your device and belong to you. Because we never receive them, we cannot recover records that are lost when a device is lost, reset, or replaced, or when the app is deleted. Keep your device backups turned on. With Nibble+, you can also export a copy of your records at any time.

Changes to Nibble

We may add, change, or remove features as Nibble improves. Some features rely on services from Apple, such as weather data, and depend on those services being available.

Disclaimers and liability

Nibble and this website are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. The disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability in the Standard EULA also apply to your use of the app.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of Nibble or this website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and change the date at the top. If you keep using Nibble after an update takes effect, you accept the updated terms.
